Shipping charges are not included in the prices provided in the website and are displayed before finishing the order, according to the shipping address for each order. Relevant shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

When ordering outside the European Union, Islas Canarias and Melilla please note that you are liable to pay local customs duties.

Ways of delivery and timing

- Manufacturing orders in our workshop: 2 to 4 WEEKS + shipping.

- Orders in stock, as are "avalaible":

  • Spain, Andorra & Portugal:  1 - 2 Business days
  • Balearics Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 2 - 3 Business days.
  • Europe: 3 - 4 Business days
  • USA & Canada: 7 - 10 Business days
  • Asia: 7 - 10 Business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 15 Business days

Changes and returns 

If upon receipt of purchase made www.imachic.com not satisfied, you can change or returns within fifteen days of receipt. Only Collection model exchanges are accepted and it is essential that they do not have the initials engraved.

To proceed with your change or returns you must make sure your request meets the following conditions: 

  • The product should not be used. 
  • Must be sent in the same condition it was received. 
  • Must be delivered to our office before the 15 days from the date you received the order. 

Please send the article using or including the original packaging as well as instructions, documents and packaging that may accompany it. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products. Note that if you decide to return items, carriage will not accept the package. 

After reviewing the article will inform you if you have the right to change, which shall be made as soon as possible. There shall be no exchange or refund for those products which are not under the same conditions under which they were received, or have been worn beyond simply opening the product.

Returns for defects 

In case that at the time of delivery of an order a client detects a problem (broken packaging, missing products, product defects or damaged or wrong) should contact us through our contact form explaining the damage within the first 24 hours of receipt. Do not accept any return of damaged items and missing items claims, has not been reported within the deadline. Please note that all product shipped is carefully reviewed to avoid these situations. 


Please return the product to the address before the 15 days of receipt. Proceed to scrutinize the returned product and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable time whether to proceed to refund or replacement there of. In the case of chance, you will receive a new product free of defects at no extra charge. In this case the change will always be for the same item or reference.

There shall be no refund for those products which are not under the same conditions under which they were received, or have been worn beyond simply opening the product.

Payment 

IMACHIC offers three forms of payment, by credit and debit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), through Bank Transfer or through PayPal.

Buy safe
The payment gateway at imachic.com uses the platform from BBVA(Cyberpac) and PayPal, which offer maximum security. Both are certified by VeriSign (prestigious company computer security certification).

At imachic.com we don’t have access to data from the customer's card.

PayPal
PayPal is a world leader in online payments, enabling buyers and sellers to send and receive money over the Internet. It is a payment system that helps protect information from credit cards with high security systems and fraud prevention.

In case of the TPV BBVA Bank report on the refusal of the card will automatically cancel the order, reporting cancellation. 

The client must inform IMACHIC any improper or fraudulent charge on your credit card or debit card, by e-mail to info@imachic.com, so that they can carry out the relevant steps and checks . 

IMACHIC reserves the right to refuse any transaction carried out by credit card. In this case proceed to repay the cash on the original card.

IMACHIC does not have access to data from the customer's card.

In the case of Bank Transfer, tnot forget to include your full name and order number.
